New York Firms Deal at Milia

Milia, the international multimedia trade show last week in Cannes, France, proved fertile ground for New York new media companies. Many companies, especially CD-ROM developers, came away with the makings of deals. Wanderlust Interactive, producer of the Pink Panther CD-ROM series and winner of a top award at the show, now has three Polish firms bidding to distribute the Pink Panther in their home country. There is also interest from companies in Hungary, Russia and Greece. Susan Shaw of Hyperspace Cowgirls is in negotiations with European distributors for rights to her educational CD-ROMs.
